The Denizkizi and Denizkizi Royal are both situated around a pretty sandy bay west of Kyrenia.

This is one of Alsancak's most established hotels serving holiday-makers for over two decades. The name Denizkizi means mermaid in English and appropriately many of the activities are water based with scuba diving and water skiing is also available in the bay.

Both hotels sit on the hilltop, with the majority of rooms overlooking the beautiful private sandy beach. The hotels sandy beach is a walk down-hill from the main hotel grounds.

The 3-star Denizkizi Hotel homes the standard rooms of the resort, each consisting of balconies with sea or mountain views, air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, safety deposit box, hairdryer, and en-suite facilities with shower. The upgraded 4-star Royal rooms share similar facilities, are tastefully appointed and have sea view. In addition they have luxury bathrooms and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms are accessible by a lift service.

The hotel boast a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's section and a well equipped spa with Jacuzzi, fitness room, steam room, sauna and massage facilities. For those wishing to simply relax the Denizkizi Hotel has a choice of restaurants and bars serving Turkish Cypriot and international cuisine whilst the delightful beach is a great place to kick back and enjoy the atmosphere
