Day 1 - Tues: Welcome to Istanbul

Welcome to vibrant Istanbul! You will be collected upon your arrival and transferred to your hotel to check in. You are the left to explore at your leisure.

Day 2 - Wed: Discover the Istanbul’s Old City

Once you have finished breakfast, your guide of the city begins. Istanbul, the world’s only transcontinental city, will treat you to amazing sites including the beautiful Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome. You’ll also visit the St Sophia Museum and the fairy-tale Topkapi Palace. Later in the

Day, you have the option of joining the Bosphorous cruise, which takes you through the impossibly narrow Bosphorous Channel.

Day 3 - Thur: Gallipoli Battlefields

Day three takes you to Turkey’s most emotional historic site; the Gallipoli Battlefields of WWI. Here, you’ll see the memorials of Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair, The Nek, Johnston’s Jolly, ANZAC Cove and original tunnels and trenches from the war.

Day 4 - Fri: Visit the Troy, Acropolis of Pergamum

Your day begins with a trip to historic Troy, home to the legendary Trojan Horse. We then continue with a tour of the Pergamum Acropolis, seeing its vast library and impressive temples that helped make it the political and cultural centre of its time.

Day 5 - Sat: Kusadasi, Patmos

After breakfast, you’ll be collected and transferred to the port of Kusadasi, where you’ll begin your cruise to the beautiful Island of Patmos at midday.

Day 6 - Sun: Crete, Santorini

The morning is yours to explore stunning Crete before we set sail for Santorini, to the magnificent cliff-top sunset.

Day 7 - Mon: Athens, Mykonos

You’ll have a bit of free time to explore Athens in the morning before we continue our journey to Mykonos. Explore the picturesque white-washed town and enjoy Mykonos’ vibrant nightlife before our late evening departure

Day 8: Tues: Kusadasi

We arrive back in Kusadasi in the early morning, where we’ll disembark and continue our tour in Turkey. You’ll be transferred to your hotel to check in and the remainder of the the day is yours to relax or explore the quaint harbour side town before meeting your guide and fellow travellers in the evening.

Day 9 - Wed: Ephesus, Kusadasi

Immerse yourself in fascinating history with a tour of ancient Ephesus in Kusadasi and a see the Temple of Artemis. Take in the mystical atmosphere of the ruins before we move on to the small village of Sirince, renowned for its local fruit wine. Our last stop is a local carpet-weaving village where you’ll discover how Turkish carpets are still all traditionally woven by hand, and how their value is determined.

Day 10 - Thurs: Pamukkale, Hierapolis

Enjoy browsing some local handmade leather goods before we begin our tour of Pamukkale. Here, you’ll see the breath-taking brilliant white terraces of cascading calcium known as the Travertines, and then tour the remains of the city of Hierapolis. In Hierapolis, you’ll have the chance to swim amongst relics in the natural hot springs that have been in use since the Roman times.

Day 11 - Fri: Silk Road, Konya

Our tour takes us along the ancient and beautiful Silk Road, with stops along the way to visit both the impressive Sultanhani Caravansary and Konya’s Mevlana museum. Later, you’ll have the option of joining a fun and fascinating traditional folklore evening.

Day 12 - Satur: Cappadocia, Goreme, Underground City

We visit the Goreme Valley, an Open Air Museum where you’ll be in awe at Cappadocia’s lunar landscape. We then continue to see the remarkable ‘fairy chimneys’ and explore the depths of a vast underground city.

Day 13 - Sun: Ankara

We depart early and travel to Ankara, Turkey’s capital city, where you’ll visit the famous Mustafa Kemal Ataturk’s mausoleum, Anitkabir, before we return to Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul at the four-star Momento Hotel Breakfast included

Day 14 - Mon: Istanbul

After breakfast it’s now time to say goodbye to all your new friends from your trip before being transferred to the airport for your return flight home.
