Itinerary
Day 1 - Gallipoli
Collected from your hotel between 6:15 am and 6:45 am in the old city of Istanbul hotels or Taksim hotels. Today is an early departure for Gallipoli Peninsula, scene of a number of hard-fought battles that took place during World War 2. Stops are made at Johnston's Jolly Cemetery, the Lone Pine and ANZAC Cove,Bair memorials and the various trenches and tunnels that still survive to this day. Guests spend their first night of the tour in the coastal town of Çanakkale.
Day 2 - Pergamum, Kusadasi and Troy
involves a visit to the remains of Troy – scene of the Trojan Horse, a legend of the region. From there the tour moves on to Pergamum and the structures that still remain – such as the Library of Pergamum. The evening is spent in the coastal town of Kusadasi, where there’s plenty of opportunity to while away an evening.
Day 3 - Sirince and Ephesus
Today with a guided tour of Ephesus and a visit to the site of the Temple of Artemis. Feel the mystical atmosphere of the ancient city and theatre before continuing to the old Greek village of Sirince, famous for its fruit wines.
Day 4 - Pamukkale
The start of this day pauses to browse through a show of locally hand-crafted goods, before moving on again to marvel over travertines of Pamukkale: terraces of naturally formed carbonated mineral deposits. The day finishes off with a trip to the ancient city of Hierapolis, which dates back to Roman times. Visitors are welcome to bath in the hot springs that brought them here, valued for their therapeutic properties. Guests stay overnight in Pamukkale and leave for Istanbul the following morning.
Day 5 - Bursa
We drive through the Turkish countryside and stopping off in the ancient city of Bursa along the way. On arrival in Istanbul, the tour concludes with visits to the Green Mosque and the Silk Bazaar, before transferral back to the relevant hotel.

Additional Information
Customers can be picked up from their hotel in old Istanbul or Taksim. Pick up times are around 6.15 to 6.45 depending on hotel location. Others can meet at Sultan Hostel at 7 am. The last day srop off is approximately at 7pm depending on traffic.
