Coronavirus (Covid-19) UPDATE
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) worldwide outbreak, there are currently restrictions on travel to some destinations. Please note these restrictions are temporary. If your booking is affected by the travel restrictions, we will be in contact with you.
Effects on reservations are changing regularly as the situation changes. The ability to travel is potentially subject to change for various reasons including:
- The published British Foreign Office Advice updates
- Border restriction updates from foreign destinations including (North Cyprus, Cyprus and Turkey)
- Airline flight cancellations due to FCO advice and operational reasons from the airlines
The Coronavirus updates are very liquid with changes throughout the day. If your reservation is affected, we will be in contact with you. We ask for your patience while we contact those affected in date order. Please visit the www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for your country specific updates.
Please note: If you wish to cancel your holiday outside of dates that are specifically affected, you will be subject to our standard terms and conditions for cancellation policy. We recommend you contact your travel insurance to see if they will cover any cancellation fees you may incur.
