Gumbet is the closest beach to Bodrum, a short ride on the bus away, which means many people choose to stay here in order to have full use of the beautiful beach and all of its facilities, whilst still having easy access to the phenomenal clubs and bars in Bodrum Resort at night.

As well as being ideally located for a lively nightlife in the Bodrum region, Gumbet also has many bars, discos and restaurants that will entertain anyone looking for a great night out whilst on holiday. And during the day the beaches are exquisite, with golden sand dusted all around the sapphire bay tempting guests of all ages out into the refreshing waters. If relaxing in the glorious sun and building a golden tan isn’t your main priority, Gumbet has an incredible windsurfing and diving school which is an easy way to lose yourself in an exciting activity whilst learning a completely new skill, or dusting off an old one. There is also a regular boat service from the beach and bay, offering day trips to surrounding coves and dive sites as well as larger and longer boat trips leaving from nearby Bodrum.

But Gumbet isn’t just about the beach, there are beautiful pine forests which offer a gorgeous backdrop to the area as well as shops offering everything one would hope to find in a charismatic Turkish locale such as this. Overall Gumbet is a stunning Turkish coastal location with so much to offer to absolutely every visitor.
