Guests arrive in Istanbul and have the remaining day to enjoy.
Day 2 begins with breakfast, followed by an extensive city tour, where you visit the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Palace of Topkapi, and Hippodrome.
Day 3 starts early and departs for the Gallipoli Peninsula, scene of a number of hard-fought battles that took place during World War 2. Points of interest include Johnston's Jolly Cemetery, the Chanuk Bair, Lone Pine, ANZAC, Gallipoli Museum, and the various built tunnels and multiple trenches that still survive to this day. Guests spend the third evening of their tour in the coastal town of Canakkale.
Today you will visit the famous Trojan horse that is of legends. Following this you will move on to the Pergamum acropolis and see its library and temples - a place that's known for its culture and political imprtance during ancient times.
Visit the Artemis Temple and surround yoursef with ancient history of the magnificent Ephesus. See the Ancient theatre and move on to Sirince village where you can try the locally produced fruit wines. After taking a few sips, you then visit a factory of carpet weaving in a traditional villagem where you will be taught what a good carpet is.
See a fascinating array of handmade leather goods. Then visit Pamukkale with its Travertine terraces naturally formed by calcium rocks. Take a tour of the ancient Hierapolis city and splash in the hot water pools among the ancient columns from Roman times, known for natural therapy.
The tour moves to the Mediterranean Coast, by way of the small ancient Greek city of Aphrodisias, and pauses in Fethiye for the night.
Guests have two options: to take a relaxing cruise around the small Islands of Fethiye, or to take a tour to the longest and deepest canyon in Turkey – named Saklikent.
Another day for choices, maybe try some paragliding over the blue lagoon in Oludeniz, or perhaps you would prefer to relax by the beach.
After a final night spent relaxing in Fethiye, the tour concludes after breakfast on day 10.
